THE HOLMES MYTHOS

Full Moon

Untitled

I startle the rain in feathers fall

Piercing the sun with a tear

I wash the moon in desert calm

Golden ones live far and near

I drink the moon through seasons and time

Sipping the sun through the day

I breathe a home for lover’s delight

Power surrender parade.

I capture the eyes of Earth's sacred soul

I run to the river below

Caroling seasons in thoughts sultry eyes

Thundering lights up the show

I sing to the stars with regal regard

I Shout to Peter the Great

I shine the Coins in fountains of peace

I sigh for pieces of eight

I stroll the rivers divided by time

I crawl through windows of hope

I sigh to water god images of night

Cast a way on sweetwater slope
